These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries of professional digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing Consulting & Strategy.
  • Advertising Campaign Implementation & Management.
  • Proprietary Marketing Frameworks & Strategic Toolkits.
  • Technical Marketing Infrastructure Maintenance.

3. Services & Delivery

Strategic Frameworks & Toolkits (Immediate Access) Upon successful purchase of a service package that includes digital assets or frameworks, you will receive immediate access via a secure link or emailed instructions.

Professional Consulting & Implementation (Project-Based) For managed services (Ad Management, Funnel Building), we acknowledge orders within 1 business day. The execution phase begins according to the timeline agreed upon during the initial strategy audit. All deliverables are provided digitally.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€)and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is required prior to the commencement of service implementation or access to proprietary frameworks.
  • Payment methods:We accept major credit cards and regional payment methods (e.g., Bancontact) as listed at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed securely via our authorized payment service providers.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

We strive for excellence in our professional services. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

  • Service Cancellation:If you wish to cancel a service agreement, you must email info@marketingexperts.shop within 14 days of the initial transaction.
  • Eligibility:Refunds are applicable provided that the technical implementation or bespoke campaign work has not yet commenced.
  • Proprietary Assets:Access to digital frameworks and strategic toolkits is considered a professional service deliverable.
  • Bancontact:For our Belgian clients, refunds are processed directly to the original account. As Bancontact has no built-in chargeback mechanism, we commit to resolving any dispute within 3 business days via a direct refund if the criteria are met.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All content, strategic frameworks, methodologies, designs, and code on the Website are the property of Marketing Experts. Upon purchase, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their internal business growth. Resale or unauthorized distribution of our proprietary strategies is strictly prohibited.

7. Professional Responsibility & Liability

  • We provide services to high professional standards and aim for maximum campaign performance. However, marketing results depend on external market factors.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service package in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential business losses.

8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our clients and our business, we monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the service purchaser or cancel orders that flag high-risk indicators, with a full refund.

These Terms are governed by French Law. For EU/EEA business clients, mandatory European consumer and commercial protection regulations apply. We aim to resolve all disputes through amicable professional dialogue.

Wat ik heb aangepast en waarom:

  1. Terminologie:“E-learning” en “Courses” zijn volledig verwijderd. Dit is nu “Proprietary Marketing Frameworks” en “Strategic Toolkits”. Dit klinkt als een B2B-product.
  2. Refund Policy:De “no-questions-asked” voor gebruikte digitale content heb ik aangepast naar een zakelijke “prior to commencement of technical implementation”. Banken haten “no-questions-asked” voor digitale producten (omdat het fraude uitlokt). Deze nieuwe versie is veel veiliger.
  3. Zakelijke focus:De tekst benadrukt nu dat het voor “internal business growth” is, wat bevestigt dat je B2B werkt.
